The actor continued his recent fitness journey by taking on the Miami Dolphin's training routine.

Will Smith has undergone a dramatic body transformation this year. After going viral with a photo of his post-pandemic dad bod in May, the actor committed to getting into the best shape of his life while also working on his memoir this summer, a journey which he chronicled in the aptly titled webseries Best Shape of My Life.

The series saw Smith throw himself into a physically challenging new fitness regime consisting of four days of training each week and cardio every single morning. In a new clip that didn't make it into the final cut of the YouTube series, Smith tries a different but no less intense workout, joining Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and strength and conditioning coach Dave Puloka for a workout.

Tagovaila typically does leg and upper body workouts four days a week, and balance and mobility work one day a week, and he gives Smith a glimpse of this in his visit to Hard Rock Stadium. They begin a kava-based drink, which Tagovailoa presents to Smith and explains is a gift in Samoan culture (and which Smith blames for his flatulence later on in the workout).

After some soft tissue work, including foam rolling and stretching, the workout begins with wall ball throws, then explosive cable push pulls on the Keiser machine, before Smith and Tagovailoa move onto the alternating dumbbell bench press "This is about the arm that's not moving," says Puloka. "Stabilize the arm that's not moving."

The workout also includes side planks, with the lower body elevated on a bench so that the entire body is parallel to the floor, lying lateral raises, and pullups, before finishing with a round of reverse crunches. "Well those are no fun," says Smith. "Damn!"

Then they get out of the gym and onto the field, where Tagovailoa attempts to impart some of his NFL skills to Smith, who admits he's never been able to throw a football very well. At the end of the visit, it's probably safe to say Tagovailoa isn't in any danger of Smith stealing his gig.
