Hason was founded in 2000, a professional manufacturer specialized in producing precision components for pressing dies, plastic molds, hardware molds and punch press toolings etc. As well manufacturing different precision machinery components and fixtures for industries such as the metal-working, plastics, aerospace, automotive, medical, electronics, military, packaging, optical-communication, solar energy, instruments and so on. Till now, we have more than 100 sets of high-precision tools and instruments in the company, including CNC working centers, CNC lathes, EDM machines, high-precision ID/OD grinding machines, swiss-made high-precision height gage, projector,and coordinate measuring machine(CMM). With these equipments the tolerance can be reached 0.002mm, and the appearance of the products will be very pretty and shiny. For the Surface Treatment Nitriding and Blackening, we use vacuum nitriding to ensure parts long life and wearability.
